Rosie brought in her adorable 4 year old twins today. She tried to warn me that they were going to be trouble, but I think she’s crazy! They were so sweet and so smart.
Here’s one quick image to tide mom over.

Last weekend I traveled up to Chicago to photograph Savannah and her lovely family. Here are just a couple to tide them over until I’m all finished!

Holy Flip! Can you believe there are less than 130 days until Christmas? (i can’t). Well it’s true and I think we all know it will really be here before we know it.
Each year I get lots of inquiries about Christmas and Holiday Cards. Yes, I do offer them, and a large variety of different kinds and styles. The key thing for people to remember is to plan early.
Ideally, you’ll want to book your session in October or early November, as this will give you plenty of time time review your photographs, make your selections and then receive and address them.
Your session can be in the studio or on location or both.
Be the envy of all your friends and be the only one NOT running around crazy this holiday season! For more information you can email me: Courtney@CourtneyParisPhotography.com or call 812.987.6199

Krista is an amazingly talented pianist. She’s a professor at U of L Music School, actually is a DR at U of L! Earlier in the year she performed at Carnagie Hall in New York, she travels all over the country playing with other musician. She’s also a wonderful knitter!
Krista contacted me because she’s recorded a CD with a jazz trio and needed some awesome portraits for the cd.
So we ventured out in the billion degree heat and took some lovely portraits in downtown New Albany. She was a trooper though!
Say hello to Dr. Krista!

and a superimportantprofessional one.

Whoops! I thought i blogged the gorgeous images from Tiffany and Justin’s wedding, but I saw it was just the peek!
Can you believe that at one point, Tiffany had the nerve to tell me she wasn’t photogenic!? Ha, I certainly hope she’s changed her mind now, she was so easy to shoot.

I mean really, not photogenic? yeah.right.
see! I told you she was gorgeous!

I feel like this one needs to be on a huge canvas.
I have been documenting Kaylea’s life every three months for the last year. Today she brought her parents to the studio so we could snap her 1 year pictures. It only took a year and 4 sessions, but she finally warmed up to me and even gave me a smile or two without mom and dads help.
She’s such a cutie!

Families like the Lieberts make my job even more enjoyable than it already is. Kelly and I have gone to school together since elementary school and it’s so awesome to see her with a cute family of her own.
Ok, ok, here are the pictues!

Earlier in the year, I was super lucky enough to be the ‘model family’ for Sandy Puc while she was here in Louisville doing her Family workshop.
We were due for some family pictures and having one of the best studio family photographers in the country (in my opinion) take the pictures was pretty darn awesome.
The payment for our ‘work’ during the seminar was a disc with some of her favorite images. I have been waiting on the edge of my seat for these, of course now I can’t decide on which ones to order! ha!
So, say hello to my family!

Last summer, I had the pleasure of photographing Emily and Andy, before he left for some Army National Guard training in Georgia. Shortly after, they were engaged!
I had the pleasure of photographing their small, intimate wedding in April. They were married in a small country church and had just close friends and family members present.
The day was fabulous, congratulations guys!
