Louisville Family Photography: Katie and her adorable family!
Thursday, April 7th, 2011New Albany Family Photography: Spring and Easter Portrait Clothing
Saturday, March 5th, 2011It’s no secret that Etsy is an addiction of mine. Once I get on there… I just can’t stop! So many cute items for me, kids, ANYONE! Most recently I was on there doing a little shopping for clothes for the kids for spring and Easter, I knew I couldn’t buy all of them (my husband would kick me out of the house!) so I thought I’d pass on some of the adorableness your way! New Albany Portrait Photography: Christine and Willy
Wednesday, March 2nd, 2011It was freezing when we took these photos outside but I sent Christine an email and told them to bundle up. When Christine and Willy arrived at the studio with props in hand, I knew it was going to be a fun session! They were up for fun too, Willy even went along with some of my goofy suggestions, what a good sport.
They’re big wino’s- I mean wine drinkers.
How adorable are their hats?
and just because I thought this was fun

Sunday, January 23rd, 2011Remember the gorgeous Ems Family from a few weeks ago? Well, Amy (the mom from those shots) and Carrie (the mom in these pictures) are sisters! Do they have some good genes in that family or what!?

Saturday, January 15th, 2011There are few people out there who have bigger hearts than this family (or are better looking! Seriously, look at the 6 of them!) Back in 2010, their family grew by 50%, in a pretty awesome way.
When they arrived for their session they casually mentioned that this was the first family picture since the boys arrived and lots of far-flung family and friends had yet to meet or even see them. So, uh… no pressure. HaHa!
Say hello to the Ems!

Tina brought her sweet boys down for some portraits. How cute are they, I just love Mason’s hair. I wanted to constantly ruffle it with my hand!

They each had their own little puzzle-table’s with their name on them!
Peyton is lucky to have such a sweet, older brother

Louisville Family Photographer: The Higdons
Wednesday, November 10th, 2010Krista has been patiently waiting for the right time to do a family session. Since she’s been a friend since elementary school, I’ve been excited about getting her family out for a session as well. Her little boy looks like his dad just spit him out, with the longest eye-lashes I’ve ever seen, to boot.
I know I’ve said it before, but wow, it’s always such an honor (and a little bit of extra pressure!) when friends choose me to capture their family on ‘film.*
Thanks Krista, for the privilege, and I hope you guys enjoy!

*yes, I know I shoot digital, but saying ‘capture on memory card’ just doesn’t have the same ring to it.
